Level 1-2: Students of all levels are encouraged to join this class, but this practice is still geared toward the more beginner student. This class is slightly more dynamic than our Level 1 class, but still slow-paced and intended to cover the basics. Expect to broaden the poses offered in Level 1, as well as deepen alignment instruction.
Level 2: This class has a little bit of everything. Because our classes are small, we can easily cater our mixed level classes to the students in class on any given day. Will possibly cover a wider range of poses, be more physically challenging. All levels welcome.
