Alignment Yoga

In this class, we focus on teaching specific actions in the body through the instruction of alignment, allowing a discovery of the body’s optimal alignment though awareness, strength, and stability. Over time, these actions make students stronger and more flexible, as well as create more balance in our yoga poses. We are skilled at teaching to the level of the individuals who show up for each class and will take each student’s needs and specific areas of focus into consideration. All levels welcome.
