Acudetox Yoga: Students of all levels are encouraged to join this class. We will practice yoga asana for 30 minutes after which Jen will offer NADA 5-point ear acupuncture to those interested followed by a loosely guided meditation while we allow the needles to do their work. Acudetox is a 5-point ear acupuncture protocol through the National Acupunture Detoxification Association (NADA). It focuses on five points in the ear to help induce a sense of calm as well as detoxify the body. Possible benefits include: general feeling of well-being, improved sleep, a sense of relaxation, and decreased cravings for addictive substances. Acudetox has also been utilized to help treat anxiety and depression.
Alignment Energetics: In this class, the energetics of the body are combined with teaching specific actions in the body through the instruction of alignment, allowing a discovery of the body’s optimal alignment though awareness, strength, and stability.Over time, these actions make students stronger and more flexible, as well as create more balance in our yoga poses. All levels welcome.

Hatha Yoga: Hatha is a branch of yoga which concentrates in the practice of asanas and pranayama (yogic breathing technique), helping to bring relaxation and enlightenment to the body and mind. Ha (sun) tha (moon) – creating a uniting balance of masculine and feminine opposites. These postures are designed to align and open channels of the body (mainly to the spine) ,so energy can flow freely and we can heighten our spiritual awareness.
Kick “A”: The “A” in this class stands for alignment, (body) awareness, and (self) acceptance. Students and teacher practice together in this interactive, longer format, and more vigorous class. Expect timed poses, partner work, lots of silliness, and more challenging poses. This class is designed to kick your asana! Appropriate for intermediate and advanced levels.
Slow Burn Flow: All levels are welcome to join and enjoy this yoga class where you will find elements of the traditional vinyasa flow. Not only that, you will hold poses a little longer and feel the burn as you build muscle, inner strength, and stamina.
This class is an ongoing experiment. Be prepared to take an unexpected route from pose to pose, to revolve a pose that’s normally not revolved, to lift the wrong leg off the ground, or to face the ceiling when you’re used to facing the ground. This is a great forum to bring questions, requests, and what-ifs.
